POLICY OVERVIEW

We realize that things happen and people change their mind, and for that reason we are happy to offer a 30 day return policy for US orders on eligible products that are in new and unused condition, and for all orders with a defective product or where we made a mistake.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the purchase date or for any product after installation.  Luxe is not liable if you order the wrong product, and we recommend purchasing samples or that you contact us with any questions prior to placing an order.  If you are ready to start a claim please send an email to contact@luxeautoconcepts.net, or continue reading below for more specifics regarding this policy.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR OUR MISTAKE

Nothing is more disappointing than receiving your order, opening up the package, and being surprised with a defective product or a mistake made by us like shipping the wrong shade.  It is to your benefit to let us know ASAP if this is the case.  This is the only scenario where we will credit shipping expenses, and we will issue you a pre-paid return label.  Product defects will be evident before or during installation, and must be brought to our attention then.  In the event that you find a defect during installation please document this with pictures and be as thorough as possible when contacting us.  Once the product has been installed you should refer to the manufacturers warranty for any issues that arise.

ALL OTHER SCENARIOS

If the item is not defective or we did not make the mistake this section will help you determine if your item is eligible for return.  Please understand that most of our products are produced per order and therefor are not eligible for return.

CANNOT BE RETURNED

  • Vinyl that is sold cut to length less than the manufacturer stated full roll length
  • Pre-cut vinyl kits that have been opened
  • Custom/Printed Products including wholesale printed vinyl
  • Product Samples
  • Design Services
  • Any product marked "Non-Returnable" on product page
  • Gift Cards

WARRANTY CLAIM / INSTALLATION FAILURE

Luxe hopes for but does not guarantee a successful application of our products.  We are here to help in any way we can, but we cannot be held responsible for installation failure.  In the event that you experience an unsuccessful install please document it with pictures/video and a thorough explanation and contact us.  If our company representative identifies any potential product defects we will inform you of the next steps to reach resolution, and if it's determined to be installation failure we will do everything in our power to help you understand how it occurred and point you in the right direction.  Please note we are not responsible for and do not compensate for labor costs associated with using our products.
