You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Custom & printed products will take longer to produce. Most carriers are experiencing delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic and ground shipping methods may be delayed. If you are on a deadline, please select a guaranteed express shipping method such as FedEx 3, 2, or 1-day.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Luxe Auto Concepts. Please call 1-888-752-5893 to place your order. Our in-store pickup hours are 9 AM- 5 PM on Monday-Friday.
We offer international shipping to all countries.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Luxe Auto Concepts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@luxeautoconcepts.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, you must email us within 48 hours of receiving it at contact@luxeautoconcepts.net with a thorough description and detailed pictures. As soon as you alert us to this situation we will file a claim with the carrier and follow up according to their claim process. There is a chance we will have you ship the damaged goods back to us, so do not throw them away.
If your order is in shipping and has not moved for many days please contact us so that we can start an investigation with the carrier. It is not uncommon for orders to be held at regional distribution centers for multiple days with no explanation. We have also seen tracking information not update at certain waypoints for whatever reason. We are not responsible for delays in shipping.
